Your Next Mission: Healing
You’ve been challenged before. You’ve risen before.
You can rise again.
At Warrior Mind and Spirit, we help warriors like you heal from the inside out — reigniting strength, purpose, and peace after years of service in high-stress environments.
Through retreats, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, we help former soldiers, sailors, Marines, airmen, operators, and peace officers rebuild their inner fire.
Your strength is still there.
At Warrior Mind and Spirit, our mission is to help warriors heal from the invisible wounds of service and rediscover their inner strength, peace, and purpose. We guide former military, law enforcement, and high-stress service professionals through emotional and energetic healing, using proven methods to release trauma, realign mind and body, and ignite the next chapter of their lives. Healing isn’t weakness — it’s the ultimate act of strength.
Recalibrate your mindset with private NLP coaching sessions tailored for warriors. Using a blend of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotion Code, and Body Code techniques, Steve helps you clear emotional blocks, reframe limiting beliefs, and rebuild the mental edge that service life demanded. These one-on-one sessions are designed for veterans, operators, and first responders ready to regain control and realign their next chapter.
Echo Zero is a 90-day intensive for elite operators, veterans, and former LEOs who’ve already survived the fire and are now ready to reforge their edge for what comes next. This isn’t therapy.
This is tactical identity work through energy, mindset, and mission recalibration. You’ll clear the emotional weight, reprogram limiting beliefs, and hardwire your next-level identity using Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code. This is for the warrior who’s done with drifting and ready to lead themselves with purpose, clarity, and calm aggression.
“I thought I was fine. I was functioning. But Warrior Mind and Spirit unlocked a version of me I didn’t know I needed. Stronger. Clearer. I’m back in control.”
— Dave, Army SF (ret)
“I didn’t come in broken—I came in bored. Functioning, but numb. WMS helped me reset my nervous system and reconnect to who I actually am without the uniform. The Code work changed everything. I live cleaner, calmer, sharper. This really isn’t therapy. It’s recalibration for warriors.”
– Mike, US Army Special Forces retired
“I’ve led teams through chaos. But I had zero protocol for the storm I carried inside when I retired. Warrior Mind and Spirit gave me the tools I didn’t know I needed—without the fluff. Every session peeled off more noise. I came out clear, focused, and back in control for myself and family.”
– Tim, Retired SWAT commander, 32 year LEO
“I was sent to Warrior Mind and Spirit by another Batt guy. I was given the tools I needed to be in control of my transition out of Ranger Battalion. The reality was, I didn’t know I had that much trapped inside me.”
– Shane, SSG 75th Ranger Regiment

Meet Steve
Steven Marks is no stranger to chaos — and no stranger to clarity. A highly decorated, retired Special Agent with the Texas Department of Public Safety – Criminal Investigations Division,
Steven spent over two decades dismantling transnational crime networks, recovering fugitives, and leading tactical operations that most only see in movies. He’s briefed top federal and
international intelligence leaders, operated deep undercover, and stood toe-to-toe with the world’s most dangerous organizations.
After surviving multiple deadly and life-threatening situations on the job and then topping that off by surviving a brain tumor, Steven’s mission has shifted.
He founded Warrior Mind and Spirit™ to serve a different battlefield — the internal war many warriors face after service ends. Designed specifically for military and law enforcement
personnel, especially those in special operations, SWAT, deep undercover, or violent crime units, Warrior Mind and Spirit bridges tactical experience with powerful energy healing.
Steven is a certified Emotion Code©, Body Code©, and Belief Code© practitioner, with additional certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). His unique blend of operational grit and emotional precision empowers clients to break free from trauma, limiting beliefs, and inner turmoil.
Whether it’s through intuitive energy work or mission-focused coaching, Steven helps warriors recalibrate their nervous systems, reset their belief structures, and reclaim control — not just of their lives, but of their peace.
It’s time to stop living in survival mode. It’s time to start recalibrating.
